Brayan Jaime tells TMZ he was at Lindsay`s West Hollywood apartment yesterday -- working his very first day on the job as a freelance paparazzo with another dude.
Jaime tells us he spotted Lindsay in her Maserati pulling out of her apartment building, then running a red light and making a left, right into the stroller.
Jaime says it was "full impact ... It was a major hit." Jaime tells us the bumper struck the nanny in the leg and hit the stroller "in the middle, knocking 3 of the 4 wheels in the air."
Jaime says the baby was crying. We asked Jaime about the video his friend shot seconds after the alleged incident -- in which the nanny is strolling along, seemingly unaffected. He said, "She was in shock and Hispanic so she was scared."
No police report has been filed. As for why Jaime didn`t call the cops, he said, "I should have. I`m not sure. I didn`t want to get involved."
Instead, he and his friend sold the video.

I have a kind of sick, deep throbbing heart pang obsession over a handbag. Like, if I don`t get it I may go kabonkers and need to be sent to a padded cell. Bachelor Pad star Krisily doesn`t regret her fiery outburst after she was eliminated on Monday`s show.Before the elimination round, Dave tried to get Krisily to vote off his enemy Wes. So he told her that the men weren`t going to vote her off and instead were targeting Gwen. After the other guys said they wanted Krisily off, Dave changed his vote at the last minute without telling her. After she was voted off, Krisily snapped, "I wish very good luck to anyone who is not Kovacs, Kiptyn, Elizabeth and Tenley. They`re going to be the final four. No one has the guts to break them." Dave said she "embarrassed" herself."I don’t think I embarrassed myself," says Krisily, 30, who was runner-up on Charlie O`Connell`s season of The Bachelor. "I don`t think I didn’t look classy. I think that I was honest and that I was saying what everyone else was thinking besides who I believe the final four is. I think it was just me, and that’s the way I am. If you don’t like me, I’m totally okay with that. I’m not going to please everybody!"
