What is your return policy?

How long will it take for me to get my refund?
A.

It may take 7-10 business days for your return to reach EyeMall or our affiliated merchants. Once it is received and inspected, usually within the first 72 hours of receipt, your refund will be processed and either automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or given to you in EyeMall credit, depending upon your request. It may take 2-10 business days to after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How is my order shipped?
A.

Your order may be shipped to you directly from each individual merchant or from EyeMall directly. Your order may come in different packages. Delivery times may vary, but most items are delivered within 7-10 business days. Rush and Next Day delivery is available for most products, but additional charges apply.

Can an order be shipped to a different address than the billing address?
A.

Absolutely. You can ship any order to any address within the US, despite having a different billing address. When you check out, you will be asked what address you want to ship your order to.

Do you ship outside the United States?
A.

Countries that we ship to and international shipping rates are based upon the destination. Some items cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. and will be so noted on its info pages. For more information, please click on Shipping or call for more information.

What happens if my purchase is on backorder?

EyeMall and our affiliated merchants do our best to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times, depending upon demand, when certain items are unfortunately not available. We will make every effort to verify availability and notify you when delays in delivery may occur. Available items will be shipped immediately upon processing your order with any backordered or out of stock items to be shipped separately upon availability. You can request to cancel your backordered merchandise.

What if I need to cancel or change an order?

Our goal is to ship your items in a timely fashion. Upon placing your order and entering your billing and shipping information, the processing of your order begins and the information is sent to the affiliated merchant if applicable. Therefore, we are unable to change an order once it has been submitted. However, you can return any item within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Eye Mall currently sells all of our unique collections of eye wants and eye needs in a retail fashion.
