EyeMall Return Policy
Shipping and handling charges for returning non-defective merchandise are borne by the buyer. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship our return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
Credit will be issued for the merchandise cost, not shipping and handling. A 10% re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns. In the event you receive a defective or damaged item we will replace it and waive the re-stocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Credits can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. Please do not inquire about the status of your return as this only slows the process.
If items are for exchange please include a note specifying the items you desire. A credit or charge will be processed depending on the financial outcome of the exchange. In the event the new total of the exchange is equal to, or greater than the return amount, we will NOT apply the 10% restocking charge.
There is a $3.95 fee for postage on your exchange.
All returns/ exchanges MUST include a copy of your invoice or original order. This is the only way we have access to your credit card information to issue credit. All returns are to be sent to our corporate address:
